• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS We have security cameras on site and are able to see if people outside of your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

• No children under 12

•We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

 

•Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10pm. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you.

• No dogs on beds.

• No dogs in the pool or spa.

 

• No glass in or around the pool or spa.

 

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and spa.

 

• Please clean BBQ after use.

 

• No cooking in the fire-pit.

 

• Please do not leave the gate open.

 

•Please clean up after your pets. (Waste scooper and bin are located next to the shed in the backyard.)
