checkout instructions

• Place used towels on the bathroom floor.

• Load and run the dishwasher.
• Turn off all mini splits (cooling/heating units).

• Please remove all trash and dispose in the dumpster, making sure the dumpster lid is closed.

• Lock all doors and close windows.

• Make sure the spa cover is secured in place.

• If the outdoor bar is used, please return any items to the house (blender, dining wear, etc.) and empty the ice box. A bucket is provided to catch run-off from  the drain spout - please empty bucket outside the bar.
